En clairCe que cette page veut dire

You run websites, data and vendors, and nobody inside the organisation can say who still holds the access or where the data sits. This page names one offer per size and publishes the price of each: from 89 € a month for a single supervised site to 45 000 € a year for a listed group. The order is always the same: a fixed-price diagnostic that says what you expose, a maintenance contract so that what was closed stays closed, then a governance contract if you must answer to a board or a regulator. Two products sit alongside those steps without replacing one, VERA OS from 39 € a month and AEGIS from 149 € a month. Prices are published, identical for every client, and the cabinet works across France and French-speaking Switzerland.

Where to start · one offer per size, no gap in the gridYour sector can move the line, never the price

Your organisation, your step.

The cabinet does not sell the same thing to a sole trader and to a listed group. It publishes the price of both. Outside governance, it never sells hours: monthly subscriptions and fixed-price acts, agreed in writing before any work starts.

Headcount is not the only criterion. Eight people handling health data belong under governance; a hundred and twenty people with no professional secrecy and no sector regulation sit perfectly well under a maintenance contract. The 30-minute scoping call settles the real obligation, not the size on paper. Beyond three legal entities or an international perimeter: bespoke engagement, on quote.

A photograph, an operation, a responsibility

The three steps do not replace one another, they follow one another. Each answers a question the previous one leaves open, and each can be bought on its own.

Step 1 · the photograph

Diagnostic

What your sites, forms, extensions, hosting, vendors and access expose today. A signed report, your property, with no follow-on engagement imposed.

What it does not do: it fixes nothing, and it ages. A photograph is dated the day it is taken.

from 1 950 €fixed price · 15 working days

See the diagnostics
Step 2 · the operation

Maintenance contract

One check a day, a written alert the same day, updates applied, backups verified and actually restored, measurement in answer engines, a monthly report.

What it does not do: no committee, no auditable register, no incident standby. It keeps the site running; it does not answer to a regulator.

from 89 €per month · no commitment

See the maintenance
Step 3 · the responsibility

Digital governance

Everything in maintenance, plus the committee held on a fixed date, the register of sites, data flows, vendors and AI systems, incident standby, training, and AEO and GEO hours drawn from the annual allowance.

What it adds: someone whose job it is to answer, with evidence, to an audit committee or an inspection.

from 12 000 €per year · 12-month term

See the governance
Step 4 · the voice

AEO and GEO programme

A fixed set of questions replayed every month on Google and the answer engines, and answer pages written, marked up and published. Tools on the market suggest topics; the cabinet delivers the page.

What it does not promise: any position. The method, the measurement and the frequency are contractual; engines do not publish their criteria.

from 290 €per month · 6-month term

Two products sit alongside these four steps and never replace one: VERA OS, a sovereign workplace suite hosted in France from 39 € a month, and AEGIS, a site with no database and no executed code from 149 € a month. Both are detailed on the pricing page.

AEO and GEO measurement is included in all three governance tiers: the hours it consumes come out of the annual allowance, they are never added to the invoice. The 2 900 € sovereignty diagnostic is fully deductible from the first quarter of a governance contract; maintenance months already paid are credited at 50 %, capped at 2 900 €. The two credits do not stack.

What do we expose, and who says what about us

A diagnostic answers one question in fifteen working days, with a signed report that remains your property. Nothing obliges you to buy what comes next.

6 questions, 6 answers.

The cabinet's answers, in plain terms. If your question is not here, ask it: the answer comes back to you in writing.

What exactly does a digital governance cabinet do?

It keeps the register of everything your organisation runs online and holds that register current: sites, forms, data flows, hosting providers, vendors, access rights, and AI systems if your teams use any. It then holds a committee on a fixed date, keeps an incident standby, and signs every deliverable. It is not an agency: no hours are sold outside the governance contract, and the prices are published and identical for every client.

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

Regulated or data-sensitive organisations: law and accountancy firms, payment providers, mutual insurers, regional and private banks, listed biotechs. The cabinet works across France and French-speaking Switzerland. It is not for startups looking for a web agency, and it says so rather than taking the engagement.

What happens if the cabinet is no longer available?

It is written into the contract: a documentary escrow updated at every committee, a named senior freelance briefed on the file, handover guaranteed within thirty days, and data hosted either with you or on French infrastructure under contract. On VERA OS, code escrow and on-premise deployment are available at the Enterprise tier.

Where is our data hosted, and who can reach it?

With you, or on French infrastructure under contract. No transfer outside the European Union, the list of sub-processors is supplied with the contract, a processing register is kept, and everything is returned in open formats when you leave. Your documents never pass through a consumer American tool.

Is an English-language contract available?

Yes. Magnetiks Digital is a French company (SASU) and engagements are governed by French law, but an English translation of the contract is provided. A Swiss edition under Swiss law, billed in francs, exists for engagements in French-speaking Switzerland.

Can we start small before committing to a year?

Yes, and most clients do. A fixed-price diagnostic from 1 950 € answers one question and commits you to nothing. The 2 900 € sovereignty diagnostic is fully deductible from the first quarter of a governance contract if you decide to continue.
