Who answers when professional secrecy is at stake ?
A firm of ten to fifty people carries the same obligations as a large group, with fewer people to keep them. The Essential tier puts the auditable minimum in place: a register kept current, a committee that actually meets, a standby, and someone whose role it is to answer.

Included in the allowanceThe price first covers what is never billed by the hour: the register kept current, the committee held on a fixed date, the standby available, and a named owner.
You carry the obligations of a regulated firm with a team too small to keep them. The Essential tier starts with a thirty-hour initial audit, the sovereignty and compliance diagnostics with a session for your executive team, and from it builds the register of your sites, your data flows, your vendors and your artificial intelligence systems. That register is then updated at every committee, and the committee itself is held by the cabinet four times a year, for ninety minutes, with its agenda and its minutes. You also receive the digital and AI charter, the classification of uses by risk level, standard vendor clauses, one two-hour training session a year, and an incident standby that answers within 48 working hours. Sixty engineer hours a year are included. 12 000 € excluding VAT a year, billed quarterly, and the 2 900 € sovereignty diagnostic is deducted in full from the first quarter.

Register updated, hours account presented, decisions recorded.
Standby
An answer within 48 working hours, hours drawn from the allowance.
The limits, in writing.
An engagement that does not state its limits lets the client discover them at the worst possible moment.
- Sixty hours a year: beyond that the published hourly grid applies, never without written agreement.
- The standby answers within 48 working hours, not within four: four hours is the Board tier.
- A multi-entity group or an international perimeter sits outside this tier and is costed on the real perimeter.
Either the register exists, or it does not.
The 2 900 € sovereignty diagnostic is deducted in full from the first quarter. Thirty-day guarantee on the written perimeter.
A first conversation of 30 minutes
No obligation, no access to your systems. We look at whether the step you are considering is the right tool for your situation, and the cabinet says no when it is not.
A signed scoping letter
The perimeter, the read-only access, the people, the delivery date and the firm price. Nothing starts before your signature.
The report, then the decision
A dated report that holds up in front of a third party, a session with your executive team, and the list of gaps ranked. You then decide what follows, or you stop there.
5 questions, 5 answers.
The cabinet's answers, in plain terms. If your question is not here, ask it: the answer comes back to you in writing.
What does the Essential tier cost, and how is it billed?
12 000 € excluding VAT a year on a twelve-month term, billed quarterly in advance, which is 3 000 € excluding VAT a quarter. The 2 900 € sovereignty diagnostic is deducted in full from the first quarter if it was carried out beforehand.
12 000 € a year is the cost of a part-time employee. Why pay it to a cabinet?
A part-time employee does not hold a committee on a fixed date, does not open a weekend standby and does not produce an auditable register in their first year. The price first covers what is never billed by the hour: the register kept current, the committee held, the standby available and a named owner. Sixty hours of intervention are included on top.
What is inside the sixty hours, and what is not?
The allowance covers remediation, migrations, audits of third-party deliverables and technical work requested in committee. It does not cover editorial production, paid advertising or application development, which are costed separately if you ask for them. Beyond sixty hours the published hourly grid applies, with written agreement each time.
How fast does the standby answer?
Within 48 working hours at this tier, with the hours drawn from the allowance. If your exposure requires an answer within 24 working hours, or within four hours seven days a week, that is the Governance tier at 25 000 € and the Board tier at 45 000 € excluding VAT a year.
Do we have to be a regulated firm to sign?
Not formally, but the tier is designed for an organisation that has something to produce in front of a client, an insurer or a regulator. If that is not your situation, the cabinet says so and points you to the AEO and GEO programme from 290 € excluding VAT a month rather than selling an annual contract you would not use.
