What if our perimeter fits none of your tiers ?

Three legal entities, four countries, two regulators: past a certain point a published tier describes nothing. The cabinet then prices on the real perimeter, with the same method, the same clauses and the same hourly grid. The published price is not a ceiling.

The price follows the perimeter

A group with three entities and four countries is not a 45 000 € organisation that grew. Pricing it under the published ceiling would mean taking the difference out of the quality of the work.

In plain termsWhat this page means

Three legal entities, four countries, two regulators: past a certain point a published tier stops describing your situation. The cabinet therefore prices on the real perimeter, and it does so in two sessions rather than through a form. The first session fixes what is in and what stays out: entities, countries, regulators, systems, vendors. Between the two, the volume of audit, the committee rhythm, the standby and the hours allowance are calculated on the real perimeter. The second session delivers a written proposal with the calculation method visible line by line. The contractual clauses are identical to the published tiers: continuity, exit, and reversibility owed within thirty days. No volume discount is applied, because the price follows the work rather than negotiating power.

The same method, at the real size.

  • A full audit extended to every entity, with mapping consolidated at group level.
  • A live register per entity, consolidated for the group, exportable for an inspection in each jurisdiction.
  • A committee rhythm agreed with your executive team, and reporting in your board's format.
  • The obligations specific to each entity examined separately, then reconciled.
  • A standby defined in the contract, up to twenty-four hours a day.

Session 1

Perimeter

Entities, countries, regulators, systems, vendors. What is in, and what stays out.

In between

Pricing

Volume of audit, committee rhythm, standby, hours allowance, calculated on the real perimeter.

Session 2

Proposal

A written proposal, with the calculation method visible line by line.

Afterwards

Contract

The same clauses as the published tiers: continuity, exit, reversibility within thirty days.

03 / 03 · What this is notSaid before, not after

The limits, in writing.

An engagement that does not state its limits lets the client discover them at the worst possible moment.

  • Bespoke does not mean without rules: the hourly grid, the exit clauses and the reversibility are identical.
  • The cabinet does not take a perimeter it cannot hold: the reinforcements are named in the proposal.
  • No volume discount is applied: the price follows the work, not negotiating power.

The perimeter sets the price, not the other way round.

Two sessions are enough for a written proposal with the calculation method visible. A written summary follows the first session within 48 hours.

What happens nextThree moments, you decide at each one
01

A first conversation of 30 minutes

No obligation, no access to your systems. We look at whether the step you are considering is the right tool for your situation, and the cabinet says no when it is not.

02

A signed scoping letter

The perimeter, the read-only access, the people, the delivery date and the firm price. Nothing starts before your signature.

03

The report, then the decision

A dated report that holds up in front of a third party, a session with your executive team, and the list of gaps ranked. You then decide what follows, or you stop there.

The cabinet's answers, in plain terms. If your question is not here, ask it: the answer comes back to you in writing.

Why is there no published price for this tier?

Because there is no published perimeter either. Three entities, four countries and two regulators do not make a 45 000 € organisation that grew: the volume of audit, the committee rhythm and the standby all change. What is published and unchanged is the method, the hourly grid at 150 €, 300 € and 450 € an hour, and the contractual clauses.

How is the quote built?

In two sessions. The first fixes the perimeter and what stays outside it. Between the two, the cabinet calculates the audit volume, the committee rhythm, the standby and the hours allowance. The second delivers a written proposal with the calculation method visible line by line, so you can see what each element costs and remove any of them.

Do you give volume discounts on a large perimeter?

No. The price follows the work, not negotiating power, and a grid that bends for one client is a grid that cannot be shown to the next one. What is adjustable is the scope: what the allowance covers, and what stays outside the contract.

Who does the work if the perimeter exceeds one engineer?

Named senior freelances mandated by the cabinet, written into the proposal with their role, under a signed confidentiality undertaking, and included in the envelope. If a perimeter exceeds what the cabinet can hold even with reinforcements, it says so and does not take the engagement.

Are the exit terms the same as on the published tiers?

Identical. No access is ever withheld, not even in a dispute, reversibility is owed within thirty days and is never billed, and the register, the content and the measurement data are exported in open formats.
