The written summary

One page: what the cabinet understood, what it recommends, what it costs, and who to turn to if it is not the right contact. It remains your property and commits you to nothing.

In plain termsWhat this page means

You have a question about your digital estate and you do not want a sales meeting. Thirty minutes are enough: you describe the situation, the cabinet says what it would do, in which order and for what amount. You receive an answer within 24 working hours with two or three proposed slots, then a written one-page summary within 48 hours. If the cabinet is not the right contact you will know by the end of the call, with the name of who to approach instead. The call is free of charge and commits you to nothing, and the published grids run from 1 950 € excluding VAT for a diagnostic to 45 000 € excluding VAT a year for a governance contract.

  • Thirty minutes by video conference or on site, with the engineer who would run the engagement.
  • Your context, your constraints, and what triggered the request. No slide deck, no commercial presentation.
  • The cabinet names the offer to mobilise and an indicative envelope, taken from the published grids.
  • If Magnetiks is not the right cabinet, you are told so during the call, with the name of who to contact.
  • Within 24 working hours, an email with two or three slots, or confirmation of the slot you chose in the calendar.

What we do with what you send.

What you write reaches the cabinet's own mailbox, is kept for three years after the last exchange, and is never passed to a third party or sold. No advertising tracker and no third-party cookie is used on this site, and the audience measurement runs on our own server with no persistent identifier.

The booking link opens the cabinet's calendar with a third-party booking provider, in a new tab: that provider's privacy policy applies from the moment you click, and only if you click. If you would rather not use it, an email to contact@magnetiks-digital.com reaches the same person. The full policy is on the privacy page.

Pick a slot, or write two lines.

The calendar is open for the next working days. If you prefer email, three lines about your situation are enough and the cabinet answers within 24 working hours.

Magnetiks Digital is a French company (SASU). Engagements are governed by French law; an English translation of the contract set is available and the French version prevails.

Frequently asked questions8 answers · October 2026 edition

8 questions, 8 answers.

The cabinet's answers, in plain terms. If your question is not here, ask it: the answer comes back to you in writing.

Is the 30-minute scoping call really free of charge?

Yes, free of charge and with no obligation. You speak to the engineer who would do the work, not to a sales representative. Within 48 hours you receive a written one-page summary: what the cabinet understood, what it recommends, what it costs, and, if it is not the right contact, who to turn to instead.

What should we prepare before the call?

Nothing compulsory. Three lines about your situation are enough: sector, headcount, and what triggered the request. If you have them to hand, the list of your sites and of your providers speeds up the scoping.

How quickly do you answer, and in what form?

Within 24 working hours, with two or three proposed slots, by video conference or on site. If you prefer to pick the slot yourself, the cabinet's calendar is open through a third-party booking provider and the link is on this page.

What happens after the call?

A written one-page summary within 48 hours, then, if you wish, a scoped proposal within five working days and a start within fifteen days of signature. Nothing goes ahead without your written agreement, and no automated follow-up is triggered.

Can you step in on an incident that is happening now?

Yes. An incident response is scoped in thirty minutes: affected perimeter, notification obligations under article 33 of the GDPR and its 72-hour deadline, remediation, and a timeline for your executive team. It is billed on the published hourly grid, 150 € an hour from 9am to 5pm on working days, 300 € after 5pm and 450 € at weekends and on public holidays, against a written hours envelope, and it can then be converted into a governance contract.

How soon can we have a first delivery?

A diagnostic is delivered in 15 working days from the moment access is received, with a session for your executive team. On a governance contract, the initial audit is consumed in the first quarter and the first committee is held within 90 days, with its deliverables named.

What do you do with the information we send?

Email reaches the cabinet's own mailbox, is kept for three years and is never passed to a third party. The booking link opens the cabinet's calendar with a third-party provider, in a new tab, and that provider's privacy policy applies from the moment you click, and only if you click.

Do you travel, or is everything remote?

Both. Scoping, committees and engagements are held by video conference across France, the European Union and French-speaking Switzerland. In-person delivery sessions are written into the contract when they serve a purpose, never imposed.
