What actually happens on your teams' workstations ?

An external survey sees your sites. It does not see the spreadsheet that runs the payroll, the artificial intelligence account left open on a workstation, or the backup nobody has ever restored. One day on site shows what the teams really do.

On site, with your teams

Not a questionnaire sent by email. The engineer looks at the workstations, the tools left open, the procedures on the wall and the ones that are nowhere.

In plain termsWhat this page means

A survey carried out from the outside sees your sites and nothing else. It does not see the spreadsheet that runs the payroll, the artificial intelligence account opened on a personal subscription, or the backup nobody has ever restored. The cabinet therefore spends one day in your offices: the morning observing workstations and the tools actually open, the middle of the day in short interviews of fifteen minutes per function, the afternoon on the infrastructure and the backups, with one restore actually attempted in front of you. No name appears in the report and no usage is traced back to an individual. The survey note is attached to the sovereignty diagnostic, or handed over on its own, for 2 400 € excluding VAT.

01 / 03 · What you receiveA named deliverable, your property

What a questionnaire will never tell you.

  • The list of artificial intelligence tools actually in use, including those opened on personal accounts.
  • The condition of the estate: workstations, operating systems, updates, encryption, shared accounts.
  • The management software in service and the data each one holds.
  • The infrastructure and the backups, with a restore attempted in front of you.
  • A survey note attached to the sovereignty diagnostic, or delivered on its own.
02 / 03 · How it worksOne day, three moments
Morning

Observation

Workstations, tools left open, real usage. Without judgement, and without naming anyone in the report.

Midday

Short interviews

Fifteen minutes per function, to understand what bypasses the rules and why.

Afternoon

Infrastructure

Servers, backups, access. One restore is actually attempted.

03 / 03 · What this is notSaid before, not after

The limits, in writing.

An engagement that does not state its limits lets the client discover them at the worst possible moment.

  • This is not a check on people: no name appears in the report and no usage is traced back to an individual.
  • This is not an intervention: nothing is modified on your systems during the day.
  • This is not a full diagnostic: it is the field supplement to the sovereignty diagnostic.

What you see on site cannot be guessed from a distance.

The survey is included in the full audit at 8 900 € excluding VAT. Ordered on its own, it is attached to the sovereignty diagnostic.

What happens nextThree moments, you decide at each one
01

A first conversation of 30 minutes

No obligation, no access to your systems. We look at whether the step you are considering is the right tool for your situation, and the cabinet says no when it is not.

02

A signed scoping letter

The perimeter, the read-only access, the people, the delivery date and the firm price. Nothing starts before your signature.

03

The report, then the decision

A dated report that holds up in front of a third party, a session with your executive team, and the list of gaps ranked. You then decide what follows, or you stop there.

5 questions, 5 answers.

The cabinet's answers, in plain terms. If your question is not here, ask it: the answer comes back to you in writing.

How much does the on-site survey cost, and how long does it take?

2 400 € excluding VAT for one day on site, and it is included at no extra cost in the full audit at 8 900 € excluding VAT. The survey note is delivered within the schedule of the diagnostic it supplements.

Will our teams be reported on individually?

No. No name appears in the report and no usage is traced back to an individual. The interviews last fifteen minutes per function and exist to understand what bypasses the rules and why, not to identify who bypasses them.

Is anything changed on our systems during the day?

Nothing, apart from one backup restore attempted on an isolated copy, agreed in advance. The engineer observes, records, and leaves your systems exactly as they were.

Why not simply send us a questionnaire?

Because a questionnaire records what the organisation believes about itself. One day on site records what it does: the artificial intelligence account opened on a personal subscription, the spreadsheet that runs the payroll, the shared administrator password, the backup that has never been restored.

Can the survey be ordered on its own?

Yes, and it is then attached to the sovereignty diagnostic so that the field findings have a documented perimeter to sit in. Most clients order the two together, or take the full audit where both are already included.
