- Negotiableno, the tier follows headcount and sector
- Governance billingquarterly, in advance, 12 months
- Outside governanceno hours sold, ever
You want the figure before the call, not after a quote. Every grid is published here: digital governance from 12 000 € to 45 000 € a year, maintenance from 89 € a month, diagnostics from 1 950 €, the AEO and GEO programme from 290 € a month, VERA OS from 39 €. Outside governance the cabinet never sells hours; inside it, the published hourly rates are 150 €, 300 € and 450 €. Prices are not negotiable: the tier follows headcount and sector, and what is discussed is scope. Reversibility is owed within thirty days and is never billed.
Three tiers, one published annual price.
The tier follows headcount and sector: Essential for a firm of 10 to 50, Governance for a mid-cap of 50 to 250, Board for a listed company or a group. The 2 900 € sovereignty diagnostic is fully deductible from the first quarter.
A governance contract is not an hour package. The allowance is part of it, but the price first covers what is never billed by the hour: the register of your sites, flows, vendors and AI systems kept current, the committee held on a fixed date with its agenda and minutes, incident standby available, and someone whose role it is to answer.
| Tier | Essential | Governance | Board |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price per year | 12 000 € | 25 000 € | 45 000 € |
| Per quarter | 3 000 € | 6 250 € | 11 250 € |
| Who it is for | Firm of 10 to 50 | Mid-cap, biotech, firm of 50 to 250 | Listed company, multi-entity group |
| Hours included per year | 60 h | 120 h | 200 h |
| Committee | Quarterly, 4 a year | Monthly, 11 a year | Fortnightly, 22 a year + annual board session |
| Register | Initial, updated at each committee | Live, kept by the cabinet, exportable for an inspection | Live + quarterly board reporting |
| Incident standby | Email, 48 working hours | 24 working hours, 10 h included | 4 hours, 7 days a week, 30 h included |
| Training | 1 session of 2 h | 2 sessions + 1 h board module | 4 sessions + VERA OS e-learning |
Beyond three legal entities, an international perimeter or a need outside these three tiers: bespoke engagement, on quote. The published grids remain the rule; a quote only covers the exception.
One question, fifteen working days, a signed report
| Diagnostic | What it answers | Fixed price |
|---|---|---|
| Digital sovereignty | What your sites, forms, extensions, hosting, vendors and access expose today. Deductible in full from the first quarter of a governance contract. | 2 900 € |
| Sector compliance | GDPR, the AI Act, your sector's obligations, register and auditable evidence. | 2 500 € |
| Visibility | What is said about you on Google and in answer engines, and the positions lost since 2023. | 1 950 € |
| On-site observation | One day on site: AI tools actually in use, estate, communications, management software, infrastructure, backups. | 2 400 € |
| Offensive reconnaissance | Active analysis under written mandate of what the infrastructure exposes to an attacker. The last step before a penetration test. | 2 400 € |
| Full audit | The three diagnostics together, observation and reconnaissance included, with data-flow mapping and a board presentation. Up to three entities and ten sites. | 8 900 € |
| Remediation plan | The correction programme that follows the audit: gaps prioritised, critical items closed, target architecture, report on what was closed. | 9 500 € |
The step between a diagnostic and an annual contract
Maintenance covers operations: a daily check, updates applied, backups verified, measurement. It carries no committee, no auditable register and no standby: those belong to governance. A subscription buys named acts, not an allowance of hours.
| Tier | What is included | Per month | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Watch | Daily check, written alert the same day, monthly report, private progress page. One site, no commitment. | 89 € | Sole trader, micro-business, association, brochure site. |
| Active | Everything in Watch, plus updates applied, a backup verified each quarter with a tested restore, and a signed report. Up to three sites. | 390 € | Small business, firm of 3 to 20, training provider. |
| Sovereign | Everything in Active, plus monthly measurement on Google and the answer engines, the register of sites, flows, vendors and AI systems, regulatory watch and a half-yearly review. | 690 € | A regulated organisation not yet ready for an annual contract. |
The Watch tier can be subscribed to online by card: start the Watch subscription. Active and Sovereign go through a 30-minute scoping call, because they commit twelve months and require access. That is 1 068 €, 4 680 € and 8 280 € a year. Watch has no commitment and can be cancelled monthly; Active and Sovereign run for 12 months, billed quarterly. Maintenance months already paid are credited at 50 % against the first quarter of a governance contract, capped at 2 900 €, and do not stack with the diagnostic credit.
A price per act, never a price per hour
For a small business, an association or a firm, the cabinet does not sell hours: it publishes the price of the act, agreed in writing before the work starts. If the act takes longer than expected, that is the cabinet's problem, not yours.
| Act | What it covers | Fixed price |
|---|---|---|
| Upgrade and hardening | Core, extensions and theme brought up to date, accounts taken back, security headers set, backup tested. | 390 € |
| Backup and restore plan | Automatic backup placed off the server, a restore actually tested, a written procedure to keep. | 290 € |
| Legal notice, privacy and cookies | Legal notice, privacy policy, compliant banner, light register of processing and processors. | 390 € |
| Recovery after compromise | Inspection of the hosted code, removal of injections and parasite files, accounts taken back, clean republication and a report on what was closed. | 890 € |
| Hosting migration | Copy, DNS switch, certificates, outbound mail, end-to-end check. Old hosting kept for the rollback window. | 590 € |
| Search recovery after a rebuild | Redirects from the old site, tags, structured data, indexing restarted, 30-day check. | 490 € |
| Extra page or template | One more page, written from your material, built into the site's template, marked up and measured. | 290 € |
Urgent work handled within 24 working hours: 50 % surcharge. These acts are for small and mid-sized organisations; for a client under a governance contract, projects are scoped and drawn from the allowance. An act bought within 90 days is credited at 50 % against the first quarter of a maintenance contract.
Measure what the engines say, then write what they are missing
| Tier | What is included | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Measurement | 20 questions replayed each month on Google and the answer engines, 3 competitors tracked, monthly report with dated screenshots. | 290 € |
| Programme | 40 questions, 5 competitors, two answer pages written, marked up and published every month, refreshes for ageing pages. | 690 € |
| Extended programme | 80 questions, 10 competitors, four pages a month, work on third-party sources, monthly video review. | 1 290 € |
Six-month term, then monthly with one month's notice. The 1 950 € visibility diagnostic is fully deductible from the first quarter. Thirty-day guarantee on the measurement. The Sovereign maintenance tier includes the measurement, not the production of pages.
Two tools, not two engagements
| Plan | Seats included | Per month | Extra seat |
|---|---|---|---|
| VERA OS Solo | 1 | 39 € | not applicable |
| VERA OS Cabinet 5 | 5 | 349 € | 59 € |
| VERA OS Cabinet 15 | 15 | 790 € | 49 € |
| VERA OS Cabinet 40 | 40 | 1 690 € | 39 € |
| VERA OS Enterprise | unlimited | on quote | included |
| AEGIS Sovereign | one site | 149 € | · |
| AEGIS Sovereign Supervised | one site | 290 € | · |
VERA OS: mail, files, documents, calendar, video meetings, chat, vault, CRM, e-signature and AI agents, hosted in France on open-weight models run on the same infrastructure as the data. Client data never trains a model. A 90-day pilot costs 1 490 € and is credited in full against the first year if you sign within 100 days. AEGIS: a static public site with no database and no executed code, edited from a local studio that is never exposed. One-off sovereignty migration from 2 900 € to 4 900 €.
The conditions are part of the price
Are prices negotiable? No. They are published, identical for every client, and the tier follows headcount and sector. What is discussed is scope: what the allowance covers, and what stays outside the contract.
Hourly grid. 150 € an hour from 9am to 5pm on working days, 300 € after 5pm, 450 € at weekends and on public holidays. This grid applies only to governance contracts and real-time assistance for regulated organisations. Outside that, the cabinet sells fixed-price acts and monthly subscriptions, never hours.
Reversibility. No access is ever withheld, not even in a dispute. Reversibility is owed within thirty days and is not billed. Measurement data and content produced are exported and remain yours.
Jurisdiction. Magnetiks Digital is a French company (SASU). Engagements are governed by French law. An English translation of the contract set is available; the French version prevails.
Thirty minutes, a written summary within 48 hours.
You describe your situation; the cabinet says what it would do, in what order, for what amount.
8 questions, 8 answers.
The cabinet's answers, in plain terms. If your question is not here, ask it: the answer comes back to you in writing.
Are these prices negotiable?
No. The tier follows headcount and sector, and every client pays the same published price. A grid that bends for one client is a grid that cannot be shown to the next one. What is adjustable is the scope, never the rate.
Why is governance billed quarterly in advance?
Because the work it pays for is continuous and not reactive: the register kept current, the committee held on a fixed date, and the standby available whether or not an incident occurs. Quarterly billing in advance over twelve months is what makes that availability real rather than theoretical.
What is included in the hours allowance, and what is not?
The allowance covers remediation, migrations, audits of third-party deliverables and technical work requested in committee: 60 hours a year on Essential, 120 on Governance, 200 on Board. It does not cover editorial production, paid advertising, or application development, and those are quoted separately if you ask for them.
Do you sell hours outside a governance contract?
No, never. Outside governance, the cabinet sells fixed-price acts from 290 € and fixed-price diagnostics from 1 950 €, so the price is known before the work starts. Selling hours makes the client pay for the supplier's slowness.
Is the sovereignty diagnostic really deductible?
Yes, fully, from the first quarter of a governance contract. The 2 900 € diagnostic is therefore free if you continue, and remains a standalone deliverable you keep if you do not.
What does maintenance at 89 € a month actually include?
A daily recorded check of the site, backups taken off the hosting and restored to verify they work, security updates applied, and five questions a month put to the AI engines to measure how your organisation is answered. Restoration after an incident is included within the scope written into the contract.
How are prices set in Swiss francs?
A separate grid is published in francs for engagements in French-speaking Switzerland, billed by the French company under French law unless a Swiss edition of the contract is agreed. The Swiss grid is published in full: no conversion is improvised at signature.
Can we change tier during the year?
Upwards at any committee, with the difference prorated. Downwards at the annual term, with thirty days' notice. The tier follows your headcount and sector, so a change usually follows a change in the organisation rather than a change of mind.
